Rosemary loved to talk about the planet, the community and healing. She was a highly attuned spiritual woman. In her paintings she created emotional atmospheres, abstract universes with hidden figures and the enlightening message of her poetry. Rosemary sang and danced around the Creativity Centre creating the 'healing vibes' we all still miss.
Alan welcomed me to the Creativity Centre on my first day. His work featured a variety of landscapes, westerns films were a familiar theme. A humble man with compassion and insight, he had a stablising influence in the art room, as a prolific painter. I considered him a quite mentor, and inspiration. He won an award at the Eduard Gallery, a regularly held outsider arts competition based in Germany.
